How do I use the "Web Print" feature on print.pdx.edu?
This is an article that will describe how to use the "Web Print" feature on "print.pdx.edu". This feature allows you to print documents from your laptop to one of our general access lab printers. For students, these prints will also deduct from your allocated 500 prints per term. **NOTE, do not submit your web print jobs until you are near the lab. Print jobs that are unclaimed for more than 30-60 minutes will be recycled.

Computer Lab Printing Policy
Printing in the Portland State University Academic Computing Labs is regulated by printing quotas. Each user is allocated 500 pages per term that do not carry over to the next term. Users that do not exceed their quota will not incur any charges.

A PSU computer account, or Odin account, is essential for accessing on-campus technology and learning tools. Establishing an Odin account will allow you to use the following PSU resources:

PSU information systems can help you keep track of grades, sign up for courses, and check financial aid status. The information systems can be access by going to my.pdx.edu or banweb.pdx.edu.

If you have visited Millar Library recently, you may have noticed large tarps covering sections of library's first floor, in particular, the area that the Millar Library (ML) 115 computer lab usually occupies. Behind those tarps, construction crews are hard at work on the Learning Ground project.

Hold and Release Printing
What is Hold and Release Printing?

When you submit a document for printing, it is "held" in a queue, rather than being printed immediately.

Walk up to any available print release station, and print or cancel your held print jobs.

Print jobs will release to the adjacent printer.
