PSU Email Settings (Advanced Users)

This article lists the client settings needed to use PSU email and is intended for users already familiar with configuring their email clients. Users who need step-by-step instructions should refer to the configuration article for their email client.

NOTE: The default settings will not search for student names or email addresses. If you need to use the directory service to locate PSU student emails accounts you must authenticate with your PSU computer account and the configuration settings below.

NOTE: In some cases you will need to put uid=uid=(Your Odin account),ou=people,dc=pdx,dc=edu in the Username field to get this to work. If no password field is listed you will be prompted for a password the first time you search for an address.
