Meeting Maker(MM) partnered with Notify Technology - to enable syncing of the MM calendar with hand-held devices
Currently OIT pays for user licenses on an annual reoccurrence.
Part of the cost includes Tech Support (setup, general usage, issue troubleshooting) from Notify Technology to PSU Users.

This is where you input your MeetingMaker password - which is private, facilitating the security of the system.
Input your MM password under: Account > Reset/Verify Calendar Password:

You would need to email this URL to your device and follow the link from the hand-held.
Apple devices do not need to do this.
Caveats
** The information on your device's calendar will be overwritten -- it treats the info on the MM server as the "gold copy" of the data, and will use it to populate the device's calendar.
** You can NOT sync your device's calendar with another computer - you are still able/encouraged to sync your contacts, photos, music, etc -- just not the calendar.
** MM invites will not come through to the device - you need to accept those via the MM web or desktop client, then they will travel down to the device.
** It is not possible to invite people to meetings from a handheld.
** There is a character limit to the Meeting Agenda/Notes field
