The IDSC is located next to User Support Services in the basement of Smith Memorial Student Union, Rm 18. The lab is available for self-service Monday through Friday starting at 8am, with support starting at 9am. Please do not disturb offices adjacent to the lab for support before 9am. Please note that the lab is closed for all university/state recognized holidays as indicated in the academic calendar.
** Payment for billable items and services is required in full at the time of completion/delivery. Materials and/or services will be withheld until full payment can be made. Acceptable forms of payments are Cash, Check (made out to PSU), or Departmental Index or Grant code. At this time, we are unable to accept Debit/Credit Card payment. Please note that Cash/Check payments can only be made during lab office hours listed above. After office hours, work orders to be paid with cash must wait until the next business day to pay for and pick up their work. Authorized work that is billed to an index/grant code can be accepted during hours of operation.
