This article is a step-by-step instruction guide on how to setup PSU dial-up network access on a Windows Vista computer.
Odin account.

1. Click "Start" and select "Connect to".

2. Click "Set up a connection or network" (bottom left).

3. Select "Set up a dial-up connection" and click "Next".

4. In the "Dial-up phone number:" field, type 503-725-6700 if you are a student. Students living on campus should dial 9,503-725-6700. Faculty/staff should dial 503-327-0200.
Enter your PSU Odin username and password, and "PSU dial-up" for the Connection name. Check the box to "Allow other people to use the connection", and click "Connect".

5. This window is a status indicator displaying whether the connection is successful or not:
6. Once the connection has been completed, you should see this display:

To place a shortcut of the PSU Dial-up connection on your Desktop, go to "Control Panel" and open up "Network Connections". Right Click and drag your PSU dial-up connection onto your Desktop. Select "Create Shortcuts Here" and you will have created a shortcut.
