The Office of Information Technologies User Support Services (USS) provides assistance to Portland State University faculty, staff, and students in the use of computer-related technology. We are here to answer questions about computer hardware and software, networking, accessing PSU resources from off and on campus, help set up, maintain, and troubleshoot computer accounts, teach computer workshops to faculty/staff and student workers, maintain faculty and staff computers, general access labs, and much more. If your request is better handled by someone with more expertise in a particular area, USS staff members will refer you to the appropriate technical contact. No appointment is necessary.
