How do I access the wireless network on my PDA?

Depending on the type of mobile wireless device, there are a couple ways to access the PSU wireless network:

• If you own a Iphone or Itouch, you can configure your device so that it connects to our secure wireless network and remembers your username and password.

• If you own any other mobile devices, you have two choices:

  • Use the wireless network PSU and use your ODIN login information to authenticate.  You will need to do this each time you log on to our wireless network. 

  • Contact the Helpdesk and register your MAC address (a unique code that is assigned to every wireless card) so that you can automatically connect to the PSU wireless network when you are in range.  Requests to register your MAC address can take up to 3 business days to be completed.  When you have been registered, you should be able to connect to the wireless network PSU Secure.
